No. We will conduct property inspections, surveys for land planning and development projects, and inspections of industrial and commercial properties, and provide digital video and photography for marketing purposes; however, we do not shoot real estate for MLS listing. Each project is unique. Pricing considers the size of the survey area proposed, complexity (2D or 3D mapping), FAA authorization and permitting requirements, travel costs, type of platform (multirotor or fixed-wing), sensor or payload (color or multispectral camera, LiDAR, GNSS GPS, etc.), timeline for completion, and required deliverables (survey report, raster and vector GIS data formats, etc.). We are pleased to discuss your project and walk through the process with you to make sure you get the data you need to succeed.

Yes! We carry General Liability as well as Aviation insurance for Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). Certificates of Insurance (COI) can be provided upon request. Learn more about us here.

We love to travel and will go anywhere in the world our drones and expertise are needed. Based in Portsmouth, NH, we are no more than a 4-hour drive to anywhere in New England. Beyond New England and USA, we will work with host nations to ensure that our operations meet local, state, and national rules, regulations, and guidelines for flying and survey work.

You’ll need to provide us with some basic information about your project such as where (an address would be great!), what (beach, mine, forest, wetland, construction site, turbine, roof, etc.) how (topography, orthomosaic, inspection imagery, monitoring, etc.), and when (how soon do you need to complete the work?).
